Emma ClarkeReady to approveI, Emma Clarke, nationality British, born on 22/06/1986, holding passport number 5•• ••• 118, and UAE Resident Identity Card No. 784-1986-•••••••-4, residing at Apartment 1204, Marina Gate 2, Dubai Marina, Dubai, in order to settle the succession of My Estate upon my death, do provide as follows, namely:
1.1 Being of sound mind and memory and over the age of eighteen (18) years and not being actuated by duress, fraud, mistake, or undue influence, do hereby make, publish, and declare that this Will, including the revocation provision hereinafter contained, is made for the purpose of settling My Estate situated or arising in the United Arab Emirates only. Any Wills or codicils made prior to this Will, relating to My Estate in the United Arab Emirates, are now cancelled.
2.1 I appoint James Clarke, nationality British, born on 14/03/1984, holding passport number 5•• ••• 123, and UAE Resident Identity Card No. 784-1984-•••••••-1, residing at Apartment 1204, Marina Gate 2, Dubai Marina, Dubai, to be my executor and trustee.
2.2 If James Clarke predeceases me, or is unable or unwilling to act, I appoint Daniel Hughes, nationality British, holding passport number 5•• ••• 207, residing at Villa 14, Springs 7, Dubai, to be my executor and trustee.
7.1 I direct my trustees to make over the whole residue and remainder of my Estate, as defined in this Will, nothing excepted, to the following beneficiaries, in the shares set out below:
a) as to 50% of the residue, to James Clarke, nationality British, born on 14/03/1984, holding passport number 5•• ••• 123, and UAE Resident Identity Card No. 784-1984-•••••••-1, residing at Apartment 1204, Marina Gate 2, Dubai Marina, Dubai.
b) as to 50% of the residue, to Sophie Clarke, nationality British, born on 30/05/2020, holding passport number 5•• ••• 902.
9.1 Upon my demise, I appoint Laura Bennett, nationality British, holding passport number 5•• ••• 331, residing at 18 Hartley Road, Manchester, United Kingdom, to act as permanent guardian of my child or children, namely:
(1) Sophie Clarke, nationality British, born on 30/05/2020, holding passport number 5•• ••• 902.
9.2 Until the permanent guardian is able to act and take custody of my child or children, I appoint Thomas Weber, nationality German, holding passport number C•• ••• 412, and UAE Resident Identity Card No. 784-1985-•••••••-9, residing at Apartment 806, Marina Promenade, Dubai, resident in the United Arab Emirates, to act as interim guardian of my child or children.
